To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as an administrator and hold relevant qualifications. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule works via Corrigo application for the engineering team and subcontractors.
2. Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems.
3. Prepare various documents, such as invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements.
4. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
5. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
6. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.
Skills and Qualifications:
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Strong multitasking abilities and exceptional customer service skills.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
10. Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.
