This innovative provider is seeking a Registered Care Home Manager to oversee their residential care home in Lincolnshire.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the running of an established residential care home and ensure its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
2. Oversee an established care and ancillary team and ensure they are effectively trained and motivated.
Qualifications:
1. Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
2. Experience in managing residential care homes for the Elderly.
3. Track record in driving improvements in compliance and occupancy.
Benefits:
