Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Marketing Strategy & Solutions Lead - Dermatology to join us in our UK & Ireland Immunology team, based in our Slough, UK office About the role The Marketing Strategy and Solution lead is overseeing the Dermatology marketing strategy, solutions, launch planning and execution cross-functionally, in order to achieve our dermatology vision and become preferred partner in dermatology over time. The Marketing Strategy and Solution Lead will be the main marketing contact point for UK & Ireland for European and Global marketing functions. The individual will work in close collaboration to ensure strategic alignment, as well as to feedback the specific insights and needs from the Ecosystem. Who you’ll work with The role reports to the Dermatology Franchise Head and includes leadership of the marketing team. The role involves close collaboration and leadership across functions on key processes and projects, and collaboration with key external stakeholders What you’ll do Lead annual process, team meetings, deck and presentation from insight gathering to strategy and tactics involving the relevant cross-functional stakeholders i.e. medical solution lead, evidence generation lead, access solution lead, patient solution lead, patient engagement lead, training lead, digital lead, field access lead, field medical lead, ecosystem lead, Franchise Head, Immunology Head. Lead strategic account planning process organising business unit reviews and ensuring execution of the cross-functional plan in coordination with regional business leads, patient team, field medical and field access leads. Lead launch plan in Ireland for dermatology in collaboration with supply, access, marketing, medical, patient, legal, regulatory, communication. Understanding of strategic insights and implications, including patient journey and unmet needs, competitive environment, market potential and dynamics. I nterested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills : Bachelors’ degree in life sciences, business or healthcare required Several years in marketing. Some experience in customer facing role will be an advantage.
