Overview Of Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to drive well-executed car park management system installations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project management of YourParkingSpace’s installation programme, working closely with sales & installation teams, as well as leading the project team.
Location: Stratford, London - 3 days office based, 2 days remotely
You Will Be Required To
1. Define project scope internally with the project team and externally with clients.
2. Manage end-to-end project management requests via Monday.com.
3. Collaborate with internal and external project and resource teams to drive projects from inception to completion.
4. Negotiate contracts and deliverables with vendors.
5. Review and improve project management processes.
6. Manage variations and changes during the project lifecycle.
7. Motivate and manage the team ensuring correct communication to stakeholders.
8. Maintain risk registry, control risks, and create mitigation plans.
9. Manage scope to meet milestones and deliverables.
10. Monitor and report project performance to senior management.
11. Establish project team structure within company framework.
12. Analyse survey results and recommend improvements.
13. Collaborate with finance to implement change control of project budgets, including forecast changes.
14. Review, manage, and approve project budget expenditures.

2. Technical experience – Installations, maintenance, and digital systems.
3. Demonstrable experience in building and delivering successful projects.
4. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Demonstrated experience in leading projects and project teams.
