About the Role
As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will:
1. Provide 1:1 support and work with small groups of 2-3 students across different classes (Nursery to Year 6).
2. Assist students with hearing impairments in their academic progress and personal development.
3. Adapt to the needs of the classroom, offering flexible support to ensure a positive learning experience for all.
4. Work closely with teachers and specialists to implement tailored strategies for each child.
What We're Looking For
1. Experience working with SEN students is essential.
2. A qualification in education or SEN support is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
3. A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children's individual needs.
