About the Role.
As the Head of HR, you will lead the HR and Talent Acquisition Team, playing a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our HR strategy.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of HR activities that attract, retain, and develop our people.

Key Responsibilities.
Strategy:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Lead organisational change initiatives, driving engagement and continuous improvement.
3. Use people data to inform and enhance the HR strategy.
Talent Acquisition:
4. Ensure effective recruitment strategies to attract top diverse talent through the TA Lead.
5. Monitor recruitment activities and budgets, improving and regularly reviewing onboarding processes.
Business Partnering:
6. Lead Senior HR Business Partners, providing strategic HR support to business leaders.
7. Act as a trusted advisor on HR matters, continuously improving the HR business partnering model.
Leadership:
8. Build and maintain a high-performing HR team.
9. Identify training needs and implement upskilling initiatives.
People Policies and Employee Relations:
10. Manage complex employee relations issues professionally.
11. Develop initiatives to mitigate business risks and ensure legal compliance.
People Initiatives:
12. Oversee performance and talent management programs.
13. Champion employee engagement and support leaders in creating a high-performance culture.
HR Systems:
14. Optimise HR systems for better functionality and user experience.
15. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
About You.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
16. Proven experience in leading HR and Recruitment Teams.
17. Experience of working with Trade Unions or Staffing Representatives
18. Strategic business partnership experience at a senior management level.
19. Experience working in international HR teams.
20. A strong track record in developing and delivering people strategies.
21. HR Budget management experience.
22. Knowledge of HR practices in diverse, fast-paced organisations.
What You Need.
23. CIPD level 7 qualification or equivalent experience.
24. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills.
25. Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
26. Commercial and financial acumen.
27. High levels of technical IT competence and experience with HR systems.
