Position: Multi-Skilled Commercial Gas Engineer (HVAC) Salary: £45k - £55k Location: M3/M4 Corridor, London to Oxford, some parts of Wales ideally based in Bracknell, Redding, Berkshire area Benefits: Holiday negotiable, van, fuel card, upskilling opportunities, OTE £60k About the Company: Our client is a reputable building services contractor specializing in refrigeration, air conditioning, gas, and electrical services and renewables. They serve a diverse range of clients, including leisure centres, car showrooms, and commercial offices. Due to expansion and continued success, they are now looking to recruit a skilled engineer to join their team. Role and Responsibilities: Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on heating and boiler systems. Conduct small installations, fault finding, and breakdown repairs. Work on a variety of commercial boilers. Operate across the designated region, including North and South Oxfordshire, West London (occasionally), Hertfordshire, and South Wales. Utilize additional qualifications for related work as needed. Requirements: Must hold commercial ACS gas qualifications. Ideally, a multi-skilled engineer with experience or qualifications in air conditioning or electrical. Proven experience in maintenance, breakdowns, servicing, and installation of commercial boilers and heating systems. Strong client-facing skills. Relevant ACS qualifications: CCN1, CPA1, CKR1, COCN1, CDGA1, CIGA1, TCPC1A, TPCP1, CENWAT1, HTR1, C&G 6084 Energy Efficiency, Unvented.
