We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Melksham.You will be a key member of the team working closely with the Customer Service Manager ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to independent and larger customers, and orders are processed efficiently. DAY TO DAY: Order processing and management for the UK and US customers. Supporting the sales team with key accounts. Being point of contact via the telephone and maintain key email accounts. Maintaining and communicating forecast information internally. Booking deliveries with customers via phone, email, portals and the website. Processing customer credits and replacements. Handling customer issues and escalating complaints when required. Working with the warehouse team to ensure orders are despatched within SLAs. WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE: Professional and personable communicator. Confident in all Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel. Fantastic attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Able to multitask and prioritise. Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable. Experience in SAGE 200 or similar would be advantageous.
