Job Description
A leading accountancy practice located in Hertfordshire are recruiting for a Company Secretarial Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Partners, this position will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency of the secretarial team, collaborating with other departments and managing client relations.

Key Responsibilities:
o Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure smooth operation of company secretarial services
o Act as the main point of contact for technical queries related to company secretarial procedures
o Assist with the monthly billing process for company secretarial services
o Maintain statutory registers for clients' companies and LLPs
o Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including the registration of UK establishments of overseas companies
o Oversee and manage complex corporate actions such as Capital reductions via solvency statements and Share transfers and Stamp Duty arrangements
o Work closely with the tax department on SEIS and EIS applications
o Collaborate with the Business Support Team/Manager on client onboarding processes, providing guidance on KYC reviews and AML documentation for newly incorporated clients
Required Qualifications and Skills:
o ICSA Fellow or equivalent senior-level qualification
o Strong technical knowledge of company secretarial practice
o In-depth understanding of the Companies Act 2006 and other relevant UK company law
o Proficient in Diligent, CCH, and other company secretarial software
o Proven experience in a similar role within a company secretariat department or a professional services firm
