About The Role:
As a Tax Director, you will work within the UK tax technical and national network, gaining access to top tax specialists and delivering value-added tax advice. You will oversee a wide range of clients, including family-owned businesses, private equity portfolio companies, mid-cap and inbound companies, and startups.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and mentor senior stakeholders, including Partners and Directors.
* Develop new client relationships and identify market opportunities.
* Build and manage a diverse client portfolio.
* Focus on private business tax, leading various projects and introducing relevant specialists.
* Maintain and develop market-leading client relationships.
* Stay updated with tax law changes and deliver expert advice at client events.
Skills and Experience:
* Expert tax knowledge with ACA and/or CTA qualification (or international equivalent).
* Experience with UK tax issues for both local and international businesses and private equity portfolio companies.
* Proven business development and project management skills.
* Strong senior stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
* Proficient in using technology for client relationship management and delivering detailed analyses.
