Responsibilities:
* As a valued member of our Pulsford Lodge team, Care Supervisors are key to helping us provide the support and care our residents deserve.
* Care Supervisors do more than a job, they change a life. You would be leading a team that provides high quality, person-centred care which allows our residents to live their lives as they choose.
* You'll be creating care plans, supporting residents through mealtimes, engaging in activities and ensuring best practice is followed by the team.
* By joining us as a Care Supervisor, you will help support the values of making a difference and doing the right thing, which makes this so much more than just a job.
* Our Care Supervisor pay rate of £13.12 per hour (uplift on weekends!) recognises the value of our team members.
