About the Role: As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support the delivery of lessons and assist in maintaining a positive, productive classroom environment. Your main duties will include helping students with their individual learning needs, ensuring the classroom runs smoothly, and providing general support throughout the school day. Key Responsibilities of a teaching assistant: Support the teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons Assist students with individual learning needs, including SEN support when required Help to manage classroom behaviour and create a safe and positive learning environment Provide general administrative support, including preparing resources and marking work Supervise students during break times, lunch, and other non-classroom activities The Ideal Candidate Will: Have experience working with children in a school or similar setting (preferred but not essential) Be enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team Be confident in supporting children with a range of learning styles and needs Have a positive, can-do attitude and be flexible in your approach to work Why Join Us?
