We are looking for someone with a search based digital strategy experience to join our team, who knows how to find traffic opportunities onsite and offsite using earned, shared and owned media. We are looking for someone who has experience of working closely with offsite channels like content, social, PR and brand and can form a strategy with those experts. Content marketing experience is preferred, someone who knows how to earn their way into peoples feeds and minds, and get clicks. They can talk commercially to clients about ROI from organic channels, knowledge of ROI of paid is a plus, interest or knowledge around social search is a bonus (but not expected, we know that's new). The real magic of this role is to understand commercial objectives and marry that with creative outcomes. The ability to demonstrate the relationship between great content grounded in search, and commercial objective - and preferably through good storytelling - is paramount. You must know your way round the user journey and customer intent searches, and be able to talk to clients commercially. You will work very closely with commercial and client services teams, where they will open doors for you to walk into to pitch and talk growth. We have a Search Everywhere proposition, looking at not only Google but Amazon, Pinterest, TikTok, eBay, Instagram, YouTube and more in understanding the consumer search and buying process and putting strategies together to drive and capture on these channels. You must have an obsessive understanding of the consumer, and a commercial ability to capture useful data and insights to tell stories to clients. You will be working with enterprise clients who are constantly finding new ways to diversify their traffic. RESPONSIBILITIES Ownership over client performance and proving ROI Managing and spending client budgets effectively to drive traffic Leading, creating and organising monthly, quarterly and annual internal and external reviews with teams and clients to drive teamwork and effective KPI driven work Forming the strategy for your accounts, and reviewing the performance (did it work) - backing everything with data Responsible for identifying opportunities for growth across various digital channels and managing the digital and search strategy across clients that operate across multiple services (SEO, Content, PPC, Digital PR, paid & organic social, CRO etc.). You will be responsible for the strategic alignment of integrated marketing objectives and campaigns, in order to meet client business objectives and identified areas for growth and visibility. Creating regular performance reviews, working with internal teams to pull the right data that prove effective ROI of our work Decipher and challenge client briefs, understand market trends and insights, and understand consumer and audience behaviours in order to identify appropriate channels and services to leverage. Personally lead new business pitches to success, creating proposals, research and interrogating the WHY of client problems - working on storytelling of strategy and data Conduct detailed and relevant research to build awareness of new and existing opportunities with relevant digital channels and platforms. Conduct content marketing strategies (multi channel/platform) working with channel experts for creation and promotion Inspire and challenge the client with innovative and digital-first solutions to their briefs. Keep Risers and clients up-to-date with the latest industry trends and changes. Provide thought leadership to the industry to market Rise at Seven's strategic offering. Create marketing content to drive awareness, trust and sales of search.
