Based on the Isle of Wight, this unique role involves managing day-to-day HR issues and working with senior management on current and future strategy.

The successful candidate must be able to understand and implement Employment Law and deal with ad-hoc issues such as recruitment, capability, or disciplinary situations, as well as more regular duties such as Board Meetings and monitoring/following up on any appraisals.
Candidates must be self-starters and willing to undertake their own administrative tasks. However, it is worth noting that our client is not adverse to increasing resources in the HR function should the need arise as the company continues to expand.
On offer is a highly competitive pay package of circa £55k dependent on experience to ensure we attract and secure the very best candidates, as well as the following:
