Private Patients Co Ordinator Rivers Hospital Sawbridgeworth To assist the Private Patient Manager to grow self-pay and Private Medically Insured admissions to defined targets. To effectively manage consultant relationships to ensure the private patient experience is consistently delivered. This interaction will be across all channels; in person, on the telephone and in writing. To be measured through patient satisfaction, compliments and/or complaints whilst undertaking analysis of private activity in order to maximise revenue generation.
