Head of Sales - Aerospace - Permanent - Surrey - c£60,000paA Head of Sales with specific experience of operating within the material supply/management solutions environment associated with Aerospace is required to join a Woking based organisation who are a successful distribution outsourcing business for the military, aerospace and defence markets. As the Head of Sales you shall develop sales, product strategy and plan for the businesses strategy and goals in order to reflect growth potential based on an existing network. You will utilise your network in order to generate new business whilst managing and delivering budget sales and margin targets, to take full ownership of the sales and marketing team targets, measures and KPI\'s. The position is looking to make an instant impact so experience of operating in the Aerospace industry is essential in order to develop and mature new opportunities whilst robustly managing and maintaining existing customer relations. For the Head of Sales role you must have the following: Sales and BD in aerospace is essential either militaryand MOD / defence or civil though previous experience in all areas is highly desirable.Background in selling material supply / management solutions to aerospace OE / 1st - 2nd tier supply chain, aftermarket, MRO and ground equipment is highly desirable.Strong track record of successful sales delivery and business growth.Comfortable at working at all levels in a business - ability to develop relationships and influence senior stakeholders.Interviews for the position of Head of Sales will commence with immediate effect with an expected start date as soon as the 13th June but is negotiable.
