We are a ‘good’ school in the Padiham area, currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our staff team as a general additional support in the classroom across Key Stage 1 and 2. * Full time Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm.
* Competitive rates £12.90 - £13.75 per hour.
* Experience and relevant qualifications desired.
* Temporary with a view to make the right candidate permanent.
The role:
* Supporting in day-to-day tasks in the classroom.
* Working with the class teacher to create a harmonious atmosphere for the pupils.
* Helping pupils in their learning, working 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3 with pupils the class teacher has recognized may not be reaching their targets.
* Recognizing gaps in pupils' learning and reporting back to the relevant class teacher.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
