Ansul Installations Team Leader - Wellingborough
Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression are the market leader in kitchen fire suppression systems, designing, installing, and maintaining systems for customers across the UK including hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals, and fast food outlets. We are currently looking to appoint a new Ansul Installation Team Leader based at our Head Office in Wellingborough.
Basic Salary – £28-35,000

Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression’s Ansul Installation Team Leader will:
* Assist the Installation Manager, investigating and dealing with customer complaints.
* Oversee and monitor the work progression of engineers in the installation of larger systems.
* Hold biweekly meetings with engineers to cover:
o Identifying further training requirements.
o Assisting engineers in achieving a good work/home life balance.
o Assessing tool requirements and suggestions.
o Employee engagement around mental health and wellbeing.
o Overseeing engineer relationships with schedulers.
o Distributing working away from home jobs.
o Distributing Ansul bulletins and providing clarification when required.
o Implementing and ensuring adherence to the training matrix.
o Spend one day a week working with engineers on installations, remedials, or training.
o Provide engineering advice and support via telephone.
o Implement a group WhatsApp chat for engineers to seek advice and share information.
o Support the Warehouse Manager on complex kit builds and upcoming large installations.
