You will be responsible for the development and monitoring of strategy adherence reports and MI suites to deliver accurate assurance, gather observations, derive insights, and create measurable improvements to customer outcomes, business performance and ensure compliance to internal and external policies and regulations. As a Strategy Assurance Analyst, you will: Thoroughly understand the Customer Operations strategy assurance reports and processes. Lead on the development and monitoring of the MI suite to deliver accurate assurance, gather observations, derive insights, and create measurable improvements to customer outcomes & business performance. Understand the Customer Operations strategies & processes and review the strategies & processes to create measurable improvements to customer outcomes & business performance. Collate results and outputs and present them to the business, providing a narrative from the data. Challenge the status quo to ensure strategies, processes, and measures of success are optimal and aligned to customer and commercial requirements. Identify, problem-solve, and address areas of risk or inefficiency. Promote improvements to customer outcomes & experience and ensure that it is put at the core of everything that the team deliver. Influence stakeholders through dynamic utilisation of presentations, applied research, and business reports. Produce accurate, fit for purpose analytical work and insight. Actively raise risks via appropriate channels or management and seek solutions for said risks. Support team development, mentoring Strategy Assurance Specialists. Continually attest the data and make improvements where required to strategy adherence and other Mi reports, including monitoring of statutory communications. Ensure accurate data is scoped, and attested for the specialists to perform customer journey testing as part of the strategy review framework Present regularly at the strategy forum, to ensure awareness of strategy changes and ensure alignment to existing reports. Support operations readiness, by building, monitoring and attesting data to ensure the customer receives the expected outcome, and flag to the business/project owner were this is not the case. Use clear language when communicating findings with the wider business, to ensure issues are understood, and drive ownership for actions where gaps or risks are identified. Deputise for the Strategy Assurance Lead where required coaching and mentoring the team and representing at forums. Support the specialists with queries and complete the peer reviews for any changes they make to existing and new reports/metrics to ensure they are accurate.
