Established in 1899 by Dr Grace Harwood Stewart Billings, the first female GP in Cheltenham, the practice has a long and notable history. Since these auspicious origins the partnership has developed to include 6 GP Partners, 8 Salaried GPs, 5 Practice Nurses, 1 Nurse, 1 Nurse for the Older Adult, 2 Health Care Assistants, 2 GP Assistants and 2 Phlebotomists supporting a growing list size of around 13,100 patients. Tracey Moore is the Lead Practice Nurse and chairs the monthly Practice Nurse meetings as well as attending our weekly Practice Meetings as the voice of the Practice Nurse team. We believe team working and collaboration is essential and to foster this we hold monthly practice training and development afternoons with topics ranging from dementia awareness, child and adult safeguarding, information governance and diabetes updates.
