Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award-winning digital content studio and media network who are currently on a quest to find a Community Manager to join our Entertainment team on a 3-month fixed team basis. Is this your next opportunity?
The responsibilities of a Community Manager involve supporting the publication of content across various social media platforms, contributing to content creation, and managing the community to enhance our non-video presence.
Due to the continuous nature of the work, this role will necessitate community management coverage during UK bank holidays, which includes responding to posts and reposts across all social platforms. Additionally, this position entails regular posting and basic monitoring, without on-call obligations, during weekends and addressing any urgent issues as they arise.
This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of 37.5 hours per week on a 3-month fixed-term contract.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
1. Help to plan, develop and execute communications across all social channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp) for a large, cross-platform project with one of the biggest global TV & Film brands.
2. Work alongside Social Media Managers to devise strategy across channels and its execution to drive KPIs including brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
3. Manage community engagement and monitor trends across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
4. Develop and maintain brand tone of voice, maintaining any documentation related to tone of voice.
5. Produce copy for posts that is engaging, optimised for each platform and aligned to the brand's tone of voice.
6. Ideate and manage the publishing of content on the brand's WhatsApp channel, Stories across Instagram/TikTok & any broadcast channels.
7. Daily monitoring of newsroom developments to gain a comprehensive understanding of global events and associated sensitivities, along with the effective use of channel metadata to enhance content optimisation.
8. Live community management of events and key releases, replying to fans in a way that is authentic and appropriate to the brand TOV.
9. Monitor performance of content using platform analytics and assisting with reporting, particularly for WhatsApp, Stories and broadcast channels in conjunction with the Partnerships Manager and Insights Analyst.
10. Social listening; monitoring conversation in relevant areas and engaging when appropriate and using social listening to guide content creation/distribution strategy.
11. Sentiment analysis and reporting around key releases of priority films/TV series and key beats, utilising our sentiment analysis tools, in conjunction with the Partnerships Manager and Insights Analyst.
12. Regularly reporting back to the Line Manager regarding top-performing posts, new opportunities, new and emerging platforms, trends or common discussions.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
1. Knowledge of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp) and an understanding of their tonal differences.
2. Excellent written English language skills with strong attention to detail and factual accuracy.
3. A genuine passion for Entertainment content, particularly film & TV and a knowledge and passion for building and managing communities in the digital space.
4. An understanding of platform analytics and reporting, particularly around sentiment.
5. Excellent communication skills, with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure managing multiple tasks.
