At Spring House, you will support people to help them change the direction of their life, grow as an individual, and live life to its full potential. As a Criminal Justice Recovery Support Volunteer, you will be working in close collaboration with Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinators and Criminal Justice Services. You will be assisting Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinators in their caseload management, supporting the service user through their community order and/or licence conditions. This will include completing assessments, risk management plans, support in facilitating groups and undertaking one-to-one work and working closely with partner agencies. This is an exciting opportunity that will allow you to gain experience of working within the Criminal Justice field. You will be part of a supportive team and will receive comprehensive training and guidance to help you develop within the role. Provide 1:1 key work sessions which include harm reduction advice and recovery planning Support the Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator to carry out comprehensive assessments, triage, risk assessments, risk management plans and to contribute to the development of individual community recovery plans Support those who use our services to build and maintain their recovery capital. Support those on community orders or licence conditions to successfully complete the requirements and reach their treatment goals. Support and empower service users to engage in recovery activities both within Spring House and the wider community. Assist and carry out screening processes including urine and saliva tests. Support and work towards delivering the criminal justice recovery group.
