We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator to be part of our Supported Living team As a Service Coordinator, you must be a positive role model and hands-on leader with a wealth of experience leading a team in a care environment. You will support the manager with ensuring the service is meeting regulatory requirements, promoting best practice across the service, and assisting with regular audits. You will assist the manager with ensuring all care/support plans are person-centred, regularly reviewed, and updated. You will contribute towards creating and promoting an open and transparent culture, alongside performance reviews and supervisions. You will share responsibility with the manager for the recruitment and induction of new starters and provide positive mentorship to new colleagues. Part of your role will be managing relationships with external stakeholders such as CQC, Commissioners, and healthcare professionals. As a Service Coordinator, you will also take responsibility for the service and step into direct support when necessary while ensuring consistency across the care delivered in the service.
