Structural Engineer Location: Warwick Reference: S0 91 Salary: Up to £48,000 I am currently looking for a skilled and motivated Structural Engineer to join a leading consulting firm in their Warwick office. You'll be part of a dynamic team, working alongside Chartered, mid-level, and graduate engineers on a diverse range of challenging structural projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in structural engineering and be comfortable managing complex projects from start to finish. You will work on bespoke new builds, refurbishments, and heritage structures, with a strong focus on sustainable design and the reuse of materials. The main responsibilities for this Structural Engineering role include: Perform detailed structural design in line with UK and European codes of practice Develop preliminary design solutions, discuss with clients, and provide technical advice Produce designs, calculations, specifications, and conduct technical reviews Participate in design, progress, and client meetings Communicate with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to address technical queries Work across a range of construction types, including steel, concrete, masonry, and timber Conduct structural assessments for commercial, residential, and industrial buildings Manage project costs, timelines, and sustainability goals Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and health and safety standards Supervise CAD/Revit technicians and junior engineers, ensuring quality assurance Support business development and maintain existing client relationships while identifying new opportunitiesThe key requirements for this Structural Engineer role are: A minimum of a 2:1 BSc/BEng in Civil/Structural Engineering (or equivalent) At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in civil and structural engineering Full UK driving license and access to personal transport Chartered or near-chartered status (MICE or MIStructE) Strong proficiency in structural analysis and design software Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Client-focused approach with a commitment to quality and integritySalary & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience 25 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays Annual profit share (average 2.5% of salary) Annual salary reviews AXA private healthcare £2,500 salary bonus upon chartership completion Stakeholder pension Coverage for professional subscriptions and exam fees Ongoing training, CPD opportunities, and workshops Regular social and family events Free on-site parking Cycle-to-work scheme Flexible, supportive work environmentIf you're ready to take the next step in your career with a company that prioritise technical excellence, sustainable design, and a positive work culture, please contact Sam Osborne at (phone number removed) or send your CV to
