This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be provided with all the tools needed to make a real success of this role (including a top of the range Apple MacBook with additional screens etc), and benefiting from an extremely friendly and supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle Credit Hire claims with a focus on delivering excellent client outcomes.
2. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage difficult conversations with empathy.
3. Organize and manage tasks efficiently while working independently.
4. Collaborate with the team and utilize available support to enhance performance.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience within Credit Hire claims.
2. Experience working in an insurance company environment or via delegated authority at a loss adjusting firm or Third-Party Administrator (TPA).
3. Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
4. Client service-focused with a can-do attitude.
You will receive a generous basic salary up to £35K per annum, together with a range of company benefits, including support towards professional qualifications.
