We have an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the Operational Excellence program within our Away from Home business. Your primary responsibility will be to drive a continuous improvement culture by leading the continuous improvement program and upholding high operational standards.

What you’ll do
Being a Continuous Improvement Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be:
* Leading the continuous improvement program for Away from Home (AFH).
* Leading on processes, documentation and ways of working to deliver operational excellence every day.
* Analysing data to uncover opportunities for enhanced operational performance.
* Utilizing the lean six sigma approach to achieve significant improvement gains.
* Overseeing a portfolio of improvement initiatives, guaranteeing the change process is consistently fit for purpose.
* Leading and facilitating the Change Forum ensuring effective assessment, tracking, and validation of benefits.
* Creating business cases, testing new methods, and confirming their effectiveness.
* Ensuring new developments meet certification, health and safety standards, and minimize environmental impacts.
Who you are
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:
* Lean/Continuous Improvement expertise with ideally exposure to Six Sigma methodology.
* Exposure to Engineering or machinery with complex elements of systems, mechanical, hardware, software, test, data transmission and telemetry.
* Passion for consumer quality, with experience of HACCP/ISO standards/process standardisation.
* Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
* Experience working with Field Engineers and across a range of complex equipment products (vending preferred).
* Strong data analysis skills and able to build business cases.
* Excellent communicator, with strong influencing skills, able to operate effectively in a matrixed organisation.
Location: Hybrid – 2 days a week from our Loudwater Head Office or Central London.
