Chef - Pay rate £15.00 - £21 per hour

We can offer full time or part time hours, happy to work around other commitments/ top up current hours. We also have numerous permanent roles available should you be looking for a longer term career.
Main Duties/
Responsibilities:
• Cook and prepare high quality dishes.
• Always maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created.
Essential:
• Health and safety and food hygiene certificates
• Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience
• Awareness of manual handling techniques
• Competent level of English spoken and written
Desirable:
• City & Guilds 706/1 or 706/2 Catering
• NVQ Level 2 in cookery
• Level 3 Food Safety Awards
• Modern Apprenticeship route in cooking
• City & Guilds diplomas in professional cookery
• BTEC HND in professional cookery
• A foundation degree in culinary arts
