The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience: 5+ years in the building services sector.
* Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Mechanical Installation and Management experience, ownership mindset, fast-paced environment adaptability, excellent communication, punctuality, reliability, trustworthiness.
* Qualifications: Mechanical bias knowledge preferred, SSSTS or SMSTS certification advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver prefabrication and plantroom skid projects from conception to onsite delivery, installation, and commissioning.
* Review and approve engineering and technical drawings.
* Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for project execution.
* Maintain communication and reporting across departments.
* Lead and develop the site management team.
* Procure equipment and manage project costs.
* Prepare O&M manuals and compile as-built drawings and certificates.
Travel Requirements:
* Primarily client site visits with regular meetings.
* Based out of Inverness with monthly visits to Glasgow.
