Responsibilities:
1. Assist management in conflict resolution.
2. Set standards for ethics, values, and culture of the company.
3. Onboard new employees and manage compliance, compensation, and benefits.
4. Manage recruitment from attrition and retention to effectively using LinkedIn Recruiter, posting vacancies, managing the company profile across socials, and attending recruitment events and shows.
