Company: Marsh Description: R_285303 – Cyber Growth Leader We are seeking a talented individual to join our Cyber team at Marsh. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Contribute to the development of the UK Cyber growth strategy, establishing and delivering the strategic priorities relevant to Cyber. Leading the drive and execution of a sales culture across the UK cyber practice. Bringing greater client connectivity across the London market platform will be a particular focus. Delivery of key projects, including the execution of growth strategies and developing a more collaborative and connected focus around network/clients. The role will also have a focus on creating and maintaining cross-departmental communication and strategies to cultivate and utilize a sales community across UK Specialty. Optimise and drive relationships with key stakeholders, which include: Business CEO, Placement Leader, Client (both network and retail client), Marketing, as well as utilizing cross Specialty relationships, in order to cultivate a sales culture and in turn deliver growth across cyber. We will count on you to: Business and Sales Planning – in close collaboration with the Business CEO, drive sales planning for the Specialty to complement broader business planning. Embed a system of pipeline management, which promotes confidence and helps ensure transparent financial reporting. Strategic Partner – the incumbent will be responsible for working with the CEO to establish and set the strategic growth priorities as well as identifying metrics for success. This will include identification of growth opportunities and understanding the strategic needs of wholesale vs. retail. Sales – responsible for actively driving growth initiatives both directly and through enabling others to optimize growth opportunities. Ensure pipeline is well flushed in order optimize its use to drive sales activity. Connectivity with Placement Leader and Product team to drive product innovation. Innovation to meet client needs; ensure visibility and an understanding of activity across product lines to identify gaps and in turn drive a coherent, joined up innovation agenda. Ensure the best of the London market platform reaches the network/client. Communications – in collaboration with Marketing and Impact, take a leading role in overseeing internal and external communications to enhance the UK Cyber value proposition within the market. Through actively collaborating with Marketing to set the communications strategy, drafting communications, contributing to thought leadership, RFPs, speeches or presentations for relevant industry conferences and events. Client Coordination – embed an experience of consistent excellence for all clients, this will include identifying barriers for growth. Cultivate a strong sales culture – deliver sales training and drive colleague activity to promote a growth mindset. What you need to have: Proven experience of working with (at a senior level) corporate client accounts within the insurance industry Impeccable communication skills (both written and verbal) with a focus on efficiency and clarity. Desire to succeed in a demanding, innovative, and entrepreneurial environment. Self-starter with a track record of seamless execution of complex projects with minimal guidance. Analytically minded and efficiency-minded. Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving capabilities and thrives in ambiguity. Highly organised and comfortable with creating structure, presentations and workflows. Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.
