LSL are one of the largest providers of services to franchised estate agencies and mortgage intermediaries and provide valuation services to many of the UK’s largest mortgage lenders.
We are looking to appoint a Digital Executive on a full time, permenant basis. You will be able to work on a hybrid basis from home and our offices in York. Occasional travel to our LSLi Branches in Essex and Hertfordshire may be required.
The role of the Digital Executive is to lead on email and social campaigns for the LSLi franchise brands.This involves creating a social activity plan, developing content and managing performance.
The role will work closely with the LSLi brand manager and LSLi SEO manager for campaigns and content as well as with other members of the wider marketing team to understand and deliver best practice in their allocated channels.
To be successful in this role, you will be an enthusiastic email and social marketing professional with experience of designing, testing and delivering e-newsletters, email campaigns and marketing communications through social channels to drive engagement and activation.
Working as a Digital Executive we can offer you;
1. Salary of £22,000 - £25,000
2. 25 Days holiday, plus Bank Holidays

4. 35 hour contact, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

Working as a Digital Executive, you will be responsible for;
8. Supporting the franchises with content development and lead generation
9. Creating informative, inspiring and entertaining content
10. Engagement with the franchisees and key stakeholders to create content that is on brand, reflects brand activity and/or positioning and is accurate.
11. Deliver regular reporting and analysis with insightful summaries and proposals for future activity
12. Developing ideas and writing a wide range of content for brand websites that is topical and engaging for customers but also meets SEO needs around search volume, traffic generation metrics and using the basics of keyword optimisation and on-page mark-ups.
13. Reviewing performance and making amends/recommendations to improve key measurements.
14. Delivering activity on social channels for selected franchises with campaigns (created by the brand manager), blogs and ad hoc content.
15. Have a clear vision of how social media should be used by the franchises and the role that central activity plays.
16. Supporting the digital marketing manager with ad hoc website activities.
To be successful as a Digital Executive, we are looking for the following competencies;
17. Strong awareness of email best practice including subject lines, test plans, creative set up and optimisation techniques. Understanding of trigger programmes and follow up customer journeys.
18. Good understanding of SEO measurement tools to support on page blog development and traffic generation
19. A good understanding of the core social media platforms and how they support the other digital channels. Experience of setting up and publishing social campaigns and measuring and understanding performance.
20. Knowledge of GA4 and Google tracking tools Have excellent written communication skills
21. Have excellent reporting skills supported by an inquisitive mind
22. Generate fun and interesting content ideas
