Temp to Perm - Part time
30-35 hours - Monday - Sunday (Sundays Seasonal)

Supplying both retail and trade customers, they have been building their business for almost 30 years and take great pride in delivering a professional and positive experience to all customers.
The role:
We sell a wide range of quality garden buildings and associated products and have a dedicated show site to showcase a selection of the ranges and styles available. Dealing with new enquiries both face to face and over the telephone, you will be the first point of contact for new and returning customers. The role is primarily advisory, with most customers having an initial idea of what they are looking for. Your role will be to advise on the options available to them and up sell additional items which would best suit their needs. This role would suit somebody with previous sales experience, with a subtle and measured approach to sales; it is not a commission-based role.
Key responsibilities:
1. Delivering excellent customer service as first point of contact
2. Developing a keen knowledge of our extensive product range to respond to general enquiries confidently and accurately
3. Providing new quotes and following up on previous enquiries
4. Responding to email enquiries from our e-commerce website in a prompt and informative manner
Required skills:
1. A proactive team player with excellent communication skills, self-confident and the ability to work to deadlines
2. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
3. Experience of CMS website maintenance desirable but not essential
4. A courteous and professional manner
5. Excellent customer service skills, a good personality, and confident communication skills
6. Excellent attention to detail
