The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a Nursing Home Manager, with proven leadership and management skills. While NMC registration is desirable, it is not essential for this role. What we’re looking for Experience as a Nursing Home Manager, with a track record of achieving good and outstanding CQC ratings Nursing qualification and a valid NMC Pin or Level 5 Health & Social Care (Leadership and Management) qualification. Your day-to-day Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents with nursing and dementia care needs while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Oversee and manage all staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the quality of care and enhance the overall resident experience. Establish and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders. Monitor and manage the budget and financial performance of the nursing home.
