Tecrec are currently searching for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to work for a business that are experts in workspace transformation for commercial offices and retail occupiers, with clients ranging from SMEs to international luxury brands.
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day to day running of operating the helpdesk function.
Based out of our clients office in Henley-on-Thames.
Act as the first point of contact for the client to discuss maintenance issues within their property.
Using the inhouse system you will schedule and liaise with the appropriate engineer / contractor to ensure completion of all reported issues efficiently.
