We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our inclusive and vibrant team.
About Your Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities whilst becoming an expert in the soft drinks category.
You will interact with various customers including independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants, and cafes. You will use digital technologies such as iPhone and iPad to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
* Sales experience promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
* Proficiency in using digital technologies for sales activities, communication, and reporting.
* Ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
* Strong prioritisation skills ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively.
* Influencing and negotiation skills driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial conversations.
* Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale, and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
