Job title: HR Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 DOE
Our client is a specialist manufacturer of high-complex tolerance components in the Aerospace Engineering field. With extensive machining capabilities allowing this business to take on the toughest aerospace engineering challenges.
Responsibilities for the HR manager
* Responsible for ERP/HR Systems and upgrades
* Continuously improving the current HR infrastructure
* Leading disciplinary and absence/RTW processes
* Writing and submission of offer letters, contracts and resignation/termination documentation
* Management of the employee benefits and portals
* Daily internal and external liaison/booking for transport and business trips
* Public affairs and external communications
* Assisting with other ad hoc HR projects as and when required
Essential skills, knowledge and experience required for the HR Manager
* 3 years + HR Experience
* Experience using ERP/HR Systems
* Strong communication skills and strong work ethics
