Key Responsibilities - Maintain details of HSE training courses on Talent Coach - Review the training report from Talent Coach to understand how many courses are require - Liaise with Training providers to coordinate training, book per quarter in advance, based on the above - Book rooms for in person training - Load dates to Talent Coach - Advertise in Property Management communications - Add dates to HSE diary - Send attendee list to Training providers - Inform Training providers of new joiners, as required - Update attendee list with completed attendees / no shows once info received from Training providers - Save training provider completion certs to Product & Service Excellence MS Teams page, HSE channel (once received from Training providers) circulate link to completed attendees - Create and run ad hoc reports from Talent Coach for course registration and attendance.
