Time 4 Recruitment have a great opportunity for a permanent Quantity Surveyor in Bristol.

About the client:
Through multiple branches, our client offers a vast range of services including Maintenance Contracts, Retrofit and Energy Services, roofing, flooring, kitchen and bathroom replacements, planned and project works in painting, Passive Fire Protection, Disrepair Works, and Multi-disciplinary Fabric Upgrades.
The role of Quantity Surveyor:
1. Manage financial and technical aspects of contracts including procurement, invoicing, and payment to minimize costs & maximize value.
2. Ensure tenders are prepared by measuring and calculating rates for estimating for review with the local Commercial team and Branch Manager.
3. Ensure all work issued has labour targets to return agreed margins.
4. Monitor the weekly and monthly cost information and accurately produce monthly valuations.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with the workforce, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
6. Promote the values of Bell Group at all opportunities.
Benefits of this role:
As Contracts Manager, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £40,000 to £45,000 per year based on skillset and experience, plus a car allowance of £4,000 to £5,000. You will receive 31 days of holidays including public holidays, which increases with length of service. There is paid maternity and paid paternity leave. You will receive Life Assurance cover and Pension contributions. There is also access to cancer care specialists for employees impacted directly or indirectly by cancer.
