Your Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join a neighbourhood community social work team. You will be empowering our residents to live Glorious Ordinary Lives through our work within the Care Act. We work closely with our communities and key partners such as health and proud to do so. You will work within the Care Act to complete assessments, reviews and lead on safeguarding work.

We are looking for experienced social workers who are committed to the values of empowering residents. We are looking for individuals who can be creative, have good time management skills and are professionally curious. Neighbourhood teams work with adults over the age of 18 and work within the Care Act, complete assessments, reviews and Safeguarding work.
