We are seeking a Senior Amazon Account Manager to join our growing team. You will be instrumental in driving success across our Amazon marketplace operations, optimising performance, and expanding our presence both in the UK and internationally.

Vanilla Underground is an award-winning, fast-growing online retailer specialising in pop culture and licensed products. With an exciting range that includes apparel, accessories, and homeware from over 100 top brands - including Disney, Minecraft, Barbie, Paw Patrol, Pokémon, Harry Potter, Sonic The Hedgehog and more - we sell to a global audience across multiple online marketplace channels.
Due to our continued growth and internal promotions, we are looking to expand our eCommerce and Marketplace team with an experienced professional who can take ownership of our Amazon strategy and execution.
Your Role
As Senior Amazon Account Manager, you will:
* Own the strategy and execution of our Amazon marketplace operations to drive revenue growth, profitability, and brand awareness.
* Manage listings and content optimisation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality presentation to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
* Monitor account health and compliance, proactively managing risks, solving issues, and staying ahead of Amazon’s evolving policies.
* Collaborate alongside our advertising and sales teams, including PPC campaigns, deal execution, and performance tracking to maximise ROI.
* Drive marketplace expansion, identifying opportunities to scale our presence across new regions and platforms.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth marketplace operations.
* Analyse performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to refine strategy and improve key KPIs such as sales growth, ad spend efficiency, and inventory turnover.
* Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3+ years experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, either in-house for a brand/retailer or within an agency.
* A deep understanding of Amazon’s marketplace ecosystem, including Seller Central tools, PPC advertising, A+ Content, and Brand Registry.
* Proven ability to develop and execute marketplace strategies that drive revenue and efficiency.
* Experience with third-party tools (e.g., Channel Advisor, Linnworks) is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance based on insights.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution and process improvement.
* A passion for eCommerce and a growth mindset, always looking for ways to innovate and improve.
