💼 Salary: £55k-60k base DOE + 40% - 50% commission on all revenue + Equity Plan

What You'll Do:
* Focus on new business development and sign new clients
* Manage and grow the accounts you land
* Secure new GTM, Product, and Engineering vacancies
* Hand off roles to the delivery team to find top talent
* Collaborate with the delivery team to fill roles
* And most importantly... get paid!
Who We're Looking For:
* An intrapreneur with a Mamba mentality—ambitious, relentless, and ready to lead.
* Strong background in GTM or Tech recruitment, ideally working with SaaS vendors in recruitment
* Successful, results-driven new business development and account management within recruitment
* Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive and self-motivated individual.
* Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and contract management.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
