The office has a great work culture and team environment and they're looking for someone who can manage the existing client base, develop new client relationships through business development and be someone who is confident in making the first contact with schools by telephone and email. The Recruitment Consultant they are looking for will need previous recruitment sales experience managing a high volume contract or temps desk working to targets The Recruitment Consultant needs to be highly organised able to multitask and be financially driven with competent IT skills. High level of communication skills both verbally and in writing, comfortable speaking in-person and over the telephone.
