Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
What will you be responsible for?
As a Stakeholder Officer, you'll be working within the Customer Excellence team, supporting them in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, being the bridge between Kier Transportation and its clients and customers. You will focus on fostering community engagement with parish councils and statutory bodies, working to scheduled timeframes and deadlines.
Your day to day will include:
* Assist the Customer Experience Manager to deliver first-class stakeholder engagement across North Northamptonshire Council, conducting engagement activities to communicate Kier Transportations intentions
* Promoting a strong professional working relationship with all stakeholders including local authorities, councillors, town councils, and wider business communities
* Working with a variety of stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes by having the confidence and ability to influence others, delivering stakeholder engagement plans following the overarching stakeholder engagement strategy
* Managing stakeholder mapping and engagement, preparing and responding to communications, enquiries and complaints via the inhouse management systems, telephone, face to face and social media platforms, ensuring accurate delivering quality responses, working collaboratively across the business, liaising with all internally and externally customers
* Aiding in the delivery of a best-in-class customer service function, ensuring all customer KPI's, SLAs and commitments are achieved, continuously quality assessed and relevant information reported on
What are we looking for?
This role of Stakeholder Officer is great for you if:
* Hold experience in managing engagement with one or more stakeholders including statutory bodies on major high profile sector infrastructure or regeneration projects
* Proven ability to work and multitask under pressure, respond quickly to changing situations, and prepare responses clearly, have effective stakeholder management skills including networking
* Proficient in all Microsoft packages (Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), able to drive with a full licence, as there is a need to be present on sites across Northamptonshire
