Assistant Manager Role at Lounge
Lounges are special places, and their brilliance comes from the talented people who run them. As an Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager in maintaining that excellence, delivering 14 great shifts to ensure every customer leaves happy. You will assist with the daily operations of the Lounge, including rotas, team engagement, and customer feedback. Your approach will be unique, but your standards will align with ours. You'll do it your way. Brilliant!
This role emphasizes attention to detail. You will be involved in driving sales, team retention, training, customer service, and upholding high standards. You aim for your Lounge to be the go-to spot for the local community. It's a challenging job, but you are confident you can handle it.

What You Bring
* Experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Supervisor in restaurants, bars, cafés, or coffee shops
* Experience working in a bar environment, including serving and food/drinks preparation
* A passion for hospitality and talent for managing and spotting talent in people
* Driven and persistent in overcoming challenges
* Strong literacy skills and attention to detail for reporting KPIs
* Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust
* Self-motivated, able to work at pace with minimal supervision under pressure
* Knowledge of sales building, forecasting, reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS best practices
