About the Role:
As Field Service Manager, you will contribute to the successful delivery of our industry-leading water hygiene and water treatment services across the UK. You will support the Senior Operations Manager and oversee a team of skilled Service Technicians, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with regulatory standards, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of field-based Service Technicians.
Oversee the delivery of water treatment, sampling, and compliance services.
Maintain high standards of health and safety.
Work collaboratively with our customers to meet their requirements.
Ensure compliance with ACOP L8, HSG 274, and HTM 04-01 standards.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in managing field teams, ideally in the water hygiene or water treatment sector.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
A customer-focused approach with excellent communication abilities.
Knowledge of compliance standards such as ACOP L8 and HSG 274 is a plus.
