As a vital member of the Direct Medics TA team, you will effectively manage and execute a diverse range of requisitions. You'll develop and implement a dynamic strategy designed to attract, screen, recruit, and select top-notch talent. Building strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders will be essential in this role. You will conduct interviews and assess candidates for their technical expertise and relevant backgrounds. In partnership with hiring managers, you'll create and present compelling employment offers. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their unique needs, skills, and requirements for specific positions. Utilise current best practice sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, social media, industry-specific professional networks, and specialised job posting sites, to discover and engage highly qualified candidates. Strive to surpass hiring manager expectations while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for candidates. Communicate clearly and effectively throughout the recruitment process with hiring managers, candidates, and leadership. Position yourself as a subject matter expert by proactively sharing updates, market insights, and relevant reports. Conduct interviews, evaluate, and screen applicants for relevant backgrounds, skills, and cultural fit. Select the best candidates to present to hiring managers. Work closely with hiring managers to create employment offers. Deliver both verbal and written offers to final candidates, providing candid feedback to all interview participants. Actively source and nurture future candidate pipelines through networking and referrals. Keep accurate updates on candidates in the Applicant Tracking System to ensure compliance and reporting needs are met. Attend job fairs and other networking events as necessary. Help collect and prepare employment data for metrics, reports, and analysis as needed. Carry out any other related duties as assigned.
