The Role
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Education Support Worker to assist students in their learning and personal development. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with young people who require additional support in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Provide classroom and 1:1 support to students with SEN and SEMH needs.
✔️ Assist in the delivery of tailored learning activities.
✔️ Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
✔️ Work collaboratively with teachers and therapists to implement personalised education plans.
✔️ Help maintain a positive and structured learning environment.

Experience working with young people, particularly those with SEN/SEMH needs.
A patient and adaptable approach to supporting learning.
