ROLE:Trade Branch Manager
HOURS: 44 per Week - Permanent Role
SALARY: £36, basic salary, with realistic total earning potential of up to £46, annually

WHAT OUR BRANCH MANAGERS DO:
26. Lead their Branch, and use their team management skills to lead and develop a small team
27. Ensure their Branch operates as effectively as possible
28. Develop relationships with their customers, and enhance the sales and customer experience within the branch
29. Manage day to day Branch operations and the branch team in order to deliver excellence
30. Manage team absences and deployment
31. Support the regional teams with recruitment
32. Provide exceptional customer service and operational standards and ensure Branch sales targets are achieved
33. Support training and maintain training records for Branch staff
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR BRANCH MANAGERS:
34. Our Branch Managers are hands-on, lead by example, and are focused on driving their team to reach sales and branch targets
35. Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
36. A customer focused approach, happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers
37. A commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins, whilst ensuring our customers always walk away happy
38. Good organisational skills, drive and leadership abilities to manage a Branch effectively
39. A full and valid driving license is essential
40. Strong management skills and experience of leading a team
41. Experience within a similar management role ideally in a trade / builders merchant /retail, glazing or uPVC environment could be a distinct advantage
