£12 per hour
Applicants are required to be drivers for this role – 30p per mile paid for mileage

About the role
Weekly working pattern 1
1. 4 days on, 4 days off
2. Full time hours – 7am - 1.30pm break – 3.30pm - 9.30pm
3. Part time 7am - 1.30pm or 3.30pm-9.30pm
4. No experience necessary as full paid training will be provided
Weekly working pattern 2
1. Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
2. Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
3. Every second weekend off
4. Full time hours – 7am - 1.30pm break – 3.30pm - 9.30pm
5. Part time 7am - 1.30pm or 3.30pm-9.30pm
6. No experience necessary as full paid training will be provided
We also offer bank/relief hours where staff submit their availability 1 month in advance; shifts can be allocated on an ad-hoc basis.
Due to the locations we cover, we are looking for candidates living near or within the below areas or applicants with their own transport:
* Braes
* Denny
* Grangemouth
* Falkirk
* Bo’ness
The role will include visiting several homes within a shift, providing the people we support with daily living tasks which include assisting with all aspects of personal care, meal preparation, meal serving, medication prompts, and catheter care.
We currently have 2 working patterns for full time and part time hours, expected hours: 16-40 per week with the opportunity to increase your hours with overtime.

About you:
Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right attitude and behaviours to match our own! You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications to get started – we’re happy to work with you to help you become an excellent support worker.
Above all, we want someone that:
* Will be organised, reliable and responsible.
* Has good communication skills; both verbal and written English; able to easily build relationships with others.
* Has a full driving licence and access to a vehicle as you will be travelling to the homes of people we support in the Falkirk District to provide care and support.
* Successful candidates will be required to work across a weekly rota, including alternate weekends with scope for flexibility and opportunities for overtime and weekend work.
* Will be caring, friendly, patient and passionate about helping others.
