Your role We are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience of co-ordination of nurse visits/activity. This will include the confidence to make clinical decisions regarding the delivery of patient care. If you have the expertise to make clinical decisions, co-ordinate care and communicate effectively with patients and NHS colleagues, then this role would allow you the opportunity to lead on the operational elements of the Homecare service.
